Key dates: No school on Labor Day, Sept. 7; fall break, Oct. 29-30; Thanksgiving break, Nov. 25-27; winter break, Dec. 21-Jan. 4; Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Jan. 18 (unless makeup day needed); Presidents Day, Feb. 15 (unless makeup day needed); spring break, April 5-9; Memorial Day, May 31; Last day of school, May 28.

What’s new this year: Frankton-Lapel is using SchoolMessenger, which provides notification services to parents and students in event of emergency, attendance alerts and other important communications. Parents and students will receive phone calls or text alerts regarding weather-related closings and delays.
