Daleville High seeking 1990 alumni

DALEVILLE — Daleville High School is looking for addresses for the following alumni of the Class of 1990 so that the student council can extend an invitation for them to attend their 20th class reunion during Homecoming 2010 at Daleville High School on Friday, Feb. 5. Legion post hosts Thanksgiving dinner

PENDLETON — The Pendleton American Legion Post 117, 611 W. State St., will have its annual Thanksgiving pitch-in dinner for members, their families and guests Sunday. Doors open at noon, and the meal will be served at 2 p.m. Meat will be furnished. Those attending should bring a covered dish.

Kidz Take the Stage offers free admission

ANDERSON — Kidz Take the Stage, an Anderson area children’s performing arts program, will offer free admission to eight children between the ages of 6 and 18 who would like to learn about the KTS program and performing.

Children will learn basic stage terminology and singing while rehearsing for a December performance of “The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.” To qualify for the free entry, children must be new to KTS. Call Darlene at 602-4774 or e-mail kidzstage@aol.com before Nov. 23.

Gospel concert at Allen Chapel

ANDERSON — Psalmist recording artist Denise Clark will be featured at the Celebration, Praise & Worship Gospel Concert at 5 p.m. Saturday at Allen Chapel AME Church. Additional guests will be Sandy Hill, Leonard Carver and Choir, Mount Zion Apostolic Church and the Central Indiana Gospel Music Workshop.
