CHESTERFIELD — A pancakes and sausage breakfast will be served from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Millcreek Civic Center on Indiana 32.
The breakfast is being sponsored by the Chesterfield Optimist Club.
Farmers Market begins July 11
ANDERSON — New Horizons United Methodist Church will have its farmers market again this summer beginning Saturday, July 11, through Labor Day.
The market will be open from 8 a.m. to noon each Saturday at the church lawn at 611 E 53rd St.

Exchange Club to host luncheon
ANDERSON — The Anderson Noon Exchange Club will host a program on granting wishes to seniors by Bob Haverstick of “Never Too Late” from 11:40 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Days Inn.

RibFest returns to Muncie
MUNCIE — RibFest 2009 returns to the streets of downtown Muncie on Saturday, Aug. 1, from noon to 10 p.m. and Saturday, Aug. 2, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Applications are being accepted for food vendors as well as arts, crafts or community information booths, music and entertainment.
