Published November 04, 2009 09:19 am - ANDERSON — The Parks and Recreation Department will close and winterize the restrooms at the Activities Center at Shadyside Recreation Center effective Nov. 16. The restrooms will not be available until mid-April for walkers and other users of the trail system.
