— Lapel police arrested Thomas R. Tennyson, 20, of the 900 block of Main Street, Lapel, at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Lapel Police Department on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
— Anderson police arrested Eric J. Brown, 30, of the 500 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 2:04 a.m. Wednesday in the 500 block of West Fourth on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $4,000.
— Anderson police arrested Clint J. Ward, 22, of the 300 block of West Second Street, Anderson, at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of dealing in a schedule I, II or III controlled substance, a Class B felony. He is being held without bond.
— Anderson police arrested Joshua T. Buis, 22, of the 900 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
— Indiana State Police troopers arrested Tiffany J. Morgan, 22, of the 4800 block of Atwell Drive, Indianapolis, at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Pendleton Correctional Facility on suspicion of trafficking with an inmate, a Class C felony; possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor; and trafficking with an inmate, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $20,000.
— Anderson police arrested Nikki Jo Hart, 27, of the 2600 block of Louise Street, Anderson, at 7:50 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Eighth and Jackson streets on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony; driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
— Anderson police arrested Robert Lee Berman, 30, of the 1200 block of East 28th Street, Anderson, at 8:35 p.m. Monday in the 1200 block of East 28th Street on suspicion of resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Debra L. Piercy, 52, of the 2700 block of Tamara Lane, Anderson, at 12:20 a.m. Wednesday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. She has since been released.
