• Anderson police arrested Randall Lee Wagner, 40, of the 2300 block of Broadway, Anderson, at 11:55 p.m. Thursday in the 2300 block of Broadway on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

• Pendleton police arrested Loyd E. Stephens, 42, of the 400 block of East Water Street, Pendleton, at 10:40 a.m. Friday in the 500 block of East Water on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor; aggravated battery, a Class B felony; criminal confinement, a Class D felony; and strangulation, a Class D felony. Bond is $20,000.

• Anderson police arrested Jeffrey F. Gustin, 40, of the 3500 block of Hamilton Place, Anderson, at 8:10 a.m. Friday in the 1400 block of West 15th Street on suspicion of auto theft, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested Susan E. Miller, 32, of the 900 block of Shellbark Drive, Anderson, at 5 p.m. Thursday near 53rd Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested Shawna A. M. Burge, 23, of the 3200 block of West Cross Street, Anderson, at 5:20 a.m. Friday in the 5200 block of Scatterfield Road on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested Gerald G. Heath II, 31, of the 100 block of Bradford Street, Battle Creek, Mich., at 9:31 a.m. Friday in the 5900 block of Scatterfield Road on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $40,000.

• Anderson police arrested Charles L. Munger, 45, of the 4100 block of North 100 West, Anderson, at 2:10 a.m. Friday in the 4100 block of North Madison Avenue on suspicion of burglary, a Class C felony. He is being held without bond.

• Anderson police arrested Joshawa R. Epperly, 31, of the 100 block of Leisure Lane, Anderson, at 2:50 a.m. Friday in the 100 block of Leisure on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. He is being held without bond.

• Anderson police arrested Julie M. Brown, 46, of the 4800 block of West Indiana 32, Anderson, at 6:45 p.m. Thursday in the 2800 block of Main Street on suspicion of resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $4,000.

• Anderson police arrested Johnny Ray Jenkins, 27, of the 1100 block of Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 5:25 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of West Eighth Street on suspicion of two counts of invasion or privacy, a Class A misdemeanor; possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor; and interference with the reporting of a crime, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Edward M. Lecount, 38, of the 1000 block of Alhambra Drive, Anderson, at 4:41 a.m. Friday along northbound Interstate 69 near the 23-mile marker on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

• Pendleton police arrested Gregory A. Goscenski, 51, of the 9700 block of Stargazer Road, Pendleton, at 12:53 a.m. Thursday along southbound Interstate 69 at Indiana 13 on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert J. Miller, 41, of the 2100 block of Quail Run, Alexandria, at 1:17 a.m. Friday near the intersection of Indiana 9 and 650 North on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

• Alexandria police arrested Nathan W. Payne, 20, of the 1500 block of North Harrison Street, Alexandria, at 1:55 a.m. Friday in the 1500 block of North Harrison on suspicion of burglary, a Class B felony. He has since been released.
