• Pendleton police arrested Brian N. Johnson, 32, of the 2600 block of Cherry Street, Anderson, at 11 p.m. Sunday in the 2600 block of Cherry on suspicion of invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested Verna S. Flickinger, 42, of the 300 block of West Eighth Street, Anderson, at 1 a.m. Monday in the 3000 block of Meridian Street on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher R. Aynes, 34, of the 3600 block of East 100 South, Anderson, at 10:30 p.m. Sunday in the 3600 block of East 100 South on suspicion of intimidation, a Class D felony, and domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard A. Brown Jr., 29, of the 400 block of West 33rd Street, Anderson, at 1:52 a.m. Sunday along Main Street, north of 53rd Street, on suspicion of dealing in a schedule I, II or III controlled substance, a Class B felony; dealing in a schedule IV controlled substance, a Class C felony; carrying a handgun without a permit, a Class A misdemeanor; dealing marijuana, a Class D felony; possession of a legend drug or precursor, a Class D felony; and carrying a handgun without a permit, a Class C felony. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested Diego Santiago, 19, of the 2600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 8:06 p.m. Saturday in the 2600 block of Main Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor; leave the scene of an accident, a Class B misdemeanor; and illegal consumption, possession or transportation of alcohol, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested Tiffiny-Jo J. Bitar, 25, of the 2900 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 4:40 p.m. Saturday in the 2900 block of Fletcher on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Charles C. Morrow, 40, of the 2100 block of East 150 South, Anderson, at 4:23 p.m. Saturday near the intersection of Fourth and Delaware streets on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested Fredrick J. Arzy, 21, of the 1300 block of West Eighth Street, Anderson, at 11:41 p.m. Saturday in the 3100 block of Main Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

• Anderson police arrested Christopher W. Blanton, 37, of the 5200 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 10:45 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of 40th Street and Columbus Avenue on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

• Lapel police arrested Matthew D. Hosier, 24, of the 2700 block of North Indiana 13, Anderson, at 12:42 a.m. Monday at the Lapel Police Department on suspicion of residential entry, a Class D felony; battery, a Class B misdemeanor; public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor; and criminal recklessness, a Class B misdemeanor. He has since been released.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dwayne L. Stubbs, 38, of the 5300 block of Bay Harbor Drive, Indianapolis, at 4:55 a.m. Monday along Interstate 69 on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

• Alexandria police arrested Fredrick J. Arzy, 21, of the 1300 block of West Eighth Street, Anderson, at 6:47 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of West Eighth on suspicion of aggravated battery, a Class B felony. Bond is $20,000.

• Anderson police arrested David A. Whitehurst, 50, of the 1700 block of Costello Drive, Anderson, at 12:30 a.m. Sunday near the intersection of Madison Avenue and West 53rd Street on suspicion of three counts of check fraud, all Class D felonies. He has since been released.
