Coleman Looper Family to perform
The Coleman Looper Family will be the featured singers at 6 p.m. Sunday at East Side House of Prayer, 1512 E. 16th St. The bluegrass singers, from Rickman, Tenn., also play acoustical guitars, mandolin, bass, dobro and banjo. They are also known as The Mountain Grass Gospel. At 11 a.m. Sunday, The Eternals will perform at the morning service. They are southern gospel singers from Tipton. They have sung with the Nelons and The Journeymen Quartet, as well as several other groups. Jimmy Boicourt is pastor of the church. A love offering will be taken. Riddells to perform at Old Country
The Riddells will be performing at The Old Country Full Gospel Church at 6 p.m. Sunday along with the church Singspiration. A free dinner will be following shortly after. Gospel concert at Cross Roads
Cross Roads United Methodist Church, 2000 N. Scatterfield Road, will present a country/gospel concert on Saturday at 6 p.m. There is no admission charge for the concert.
Streeter to teach three-day study
Dr. James E. Streeter, pastor of New Berean Baptist Church, will teach a three-day study on the Book of Revelation from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday and on Saturday, May 24 and Saturday, May 31. The classes will be held at New Fellowship Family Church, 9340 E. 38th St., Indianapolis.
Services continue at Greater Grace
The 17th annual Pastor & Wife Appreciation at Greater Grace Temple Apostolic Church, 914 S. Madison Ave., continues tonight with altar prayer at 6:30 p.m. and services at 7 p.m. Guests include Elder Anthony Elliott, pastor, Greater Love Temple, Indianapolis, with choir and congregation. Special music guests include Kenney Garmon and Love Ensemble.
Sunday services will include an 11:15 a.m. altar prayer and services at 11:30 a.m. Guests will be District Elder Melvin Faulkner, pastor, Zion Tabernacle Apostolic Church, Fort Wayne, and choir and congregation. The final altar prayer will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday with a 4:30 p.m. service. Pastor Elder Royce Fields will serve as guests as well as Bethesda Temple Apostolic Church, Indianapolis, and choir and congregation. Special music guests will be The Crumble Sisters.

Piano, violin music at Park Place
Pianist Dr. Reginald Rodgers and violinist Thomas Rodgers will be presenting the concluding concert on the 2007-08 Coolidge Chancel Concert Series at Park Place Church of God at 5 p.m. Sunday. Rodgers has been a member of the Anderson University music faculty since 1983 and has served as pianist for Pendleton United Methodist Church since 1996. He has concertized in both the United States and in Japan. He is an active member of the Indiana Music Teachers Association and often serves as a judge for student piano competitions. A 2006 graduate of Highland High School, Thomas Rodgers has just completed his sophomore year at Indiana University as a violin performance major. Thomas has appeared as concerto soloist with several Indiana orchestras, including the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. During his high school years as a member of the renowned Indiana University Violin Virtuosi, he performed at Carnegie Hall and toured in France, Sweden, Spain, Italy and Japan. Music on this one-hour program will include compositions by J.S. Bach, Beethoven, Scriabin, Rachmaninoff, Debussy, Dvorak and Manuel de Fall/arr. Kreisler. The public is cordially invited to attend this musical performance by a father-son musical duo. There is no admission charge. A freewill offering will be received.
