- Elwood police arrested Benjamin M. Simmons, 18, of the 1700 block of South E Street, Elwood, at 6:54 a.m. Wednesday in the 1700 block of South E on suspicion of resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor; and minor consumption, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.
- Anderson police arrested Brandy M. Hoskins, 35, of the 600 block of Valley Drive, Anderson, at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday in the 2800 block of Broadway on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
- Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Joshua D. Sutton, 23, of the 200 block of Winding Way, Noblesville, at 9:40 p.m. Tuesday on suspicion of aiding, inducing or causing armed robbery, a Class B felony, and conspiracy to commit armed robbery, a Class C felony. Bond is $20,000.
- Anderson police arrested Kimberly D. Smith, 21, of the 600 block of East 21st Street, Anderson, at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 3000 block of Meridian Street on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
- Anderson police arrested Jason C. Fleetwood, 28, of the 2200 block of Poplar Street, Anderson, at 7:49 p.m. Tuesday in the 3100 block of Autumn Ridge on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor, and battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
- Anderson police arrested Christina D. Henson, 30, of the 200 block of West 375 North, Anderson, at 6:51 p.m. Tuesday on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony, and possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
- Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael S. Kates, 38, of the 700 block of Silver Wood, Muncie, at 4:48 p.m. Wednesday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. He has since been released.
- Anderson police arrested Nicholas T. Poole, 21, of the 6900 block of South Indiana 67, Pendleton, at 9;45 p.m. Tuesday along 300 West, South of 700 South, on suspicion of dealing marijuana, a Class D felony; possession of marijuana, a Class D felony; and maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony. He has since been released.
