- Pendleton police arrested Jamie L. Decarlo, 19, of the 1400 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 3 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Indiana 38 and Indiana 67 on suspicion of child solicitation, a Class D felony, and possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $8,000.
- Anderson police arrested Daniel S. Duncan Sr., 26, of the 4400 block of South 100 West, Anderson, at 9:49 p.m. Monday in the 1900 block of McKinley Street on suspicion of five counts of counterfeiting, a Class D felony; theft, a Class D felony; and conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $10,000.
- The Madison County Drug Task Force arrested Jakquwan O. Wilkins, 25, of the 1300 block of West 13th Street, Anderson, at 5 p.m. Monday in the 1300 block of West 13th on suspicion of possession of cocaine, a Class A felony, and maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony. Bond is $35,000.
- Anderson police arrested Penny Sue Obryant, 41, of the 2200 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 11:52 a.m. Monday in the 2300 block of Walnut Street on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. She is being held without bond.
- Alexandria police arrested Christian A. Merrell, 48, of the 1400 block of North Canal Street, Alexandria, at 2:14 a.m. Tuesday in the 1400 block of North Harrison Street on suspicion of resisting law enforcement, a Class D felony; possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony; and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
- Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jodie Lynn Gable, 38, of the 500 block of South Walnut Street, Fortville, at 9:05 p.m. Monday in the 2500 block of West U.S. 36 on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. She has since been released.
- Anderson police arrested Jason E. Webb, 32, of the 2200 block of Ashbourne Road, Anderson, at 11 p.m. Monday near the intersection of 31 Street and Central Avenue on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor; possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor; leaving the scene of an accident, a Class B misdemeanor; and resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been release.
