— - Chesterfield police arrested Derrick E. Barker, 24, of the 400 block of North 500 East, Anderson, at 12:10 p.m. Thursday at the Chesterfield Police Department on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.
- Indiana State Police arrested Robert C. Montgomery, 37, of the 70800 block of Oak Street, Edwardsburg, Mich., at 1:51 a.m. Thursday along Scatterfield Road, south of 38th Street, on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $10,000.
- Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael C. Gaw, 30, of the 3600 block of Walnut Street, Anderson, at 10 p.m. Wednesday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of forgery, a Class C felony. He is being held without bond.
- Summitville police arrested Brooke S. Gates-Thurber, 30, of the 16900 block of North 150 East, Summitville, at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
- Elwood police arrested Corey M. Troutman, 26, of the 1100 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of north 12th Street on suspicion of reckless driving, a Class A misdemeanor; residential entry, a Class D felony; resisting law enforcement, a Class D felony; and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
- Anderson police arrested Michael A. Achenbach, 34, of the 2000 block of Charles Street, Anderson, at 1:15 p.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of Charles on suspicion of murder. He is being held without bond.
- Edgewood police arrested Bridgette K. Alexander, 36, of the 3000 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 11:26 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of West Eighth Street and Logamar Lane on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
- Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael S. Majors, 40, of the 3600 block of Tulip Street, Anderson, at 11:38 p.m. Wednesday in the 3600 block of Tulip on suspicion of battery, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
- Anderson police arrested Stephen C. Roberts, 21, of the 600 block of Milton Avenue, Anderson, at 11:11 p.m. Wednesday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
- Edgewood police arrested Christopher M. Jayne, 19, of the 200 block of Blue Spruce Drive, Pendleton, at 2:44 a.m. Thursday in the 2800 block of Nichol Avenue on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. He has since been released.
- Edgewood police arrested Gregory J. Symoens, 18, of the 300 block of West 53rd Street, Anderson, at 2:44 a.m. Thursday in the 2800 block of Nichol Avenue on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
