— - Anderson police arrested Rayka S. Menifee, 21, of the 2000 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 4:56 p.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of Nichol on suspicion of resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor. She is being held without bond.
- Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jose A. Aguirre, 28, of the 3000 block of Charles Street, Anderson, at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday at the Hamilton County Jail on suspicion of three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, all Class B felonies, and sexual misconduct with a minor, a Class C felony. Bond is $20,000.
- The Madison County Drug Task Force arrested Darcie R. Richman, 24, of the 600 block of Hampton Lane, Chesterfield, at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 3000 block of Meridian Street on suspicion of forgery, a Class C felony. She is being held without bond.
- Anderson police arrested Branden J. Sheets, 20, of the 2200 block of Walnut Street, Anderson, at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the 2500 block of Central Avenue on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
- Alexandria police arrested Jared J. Young, 24, of the 600 block of South Canal Street, Alexandria, at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Alexandria Police Department on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony, and criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
- Anderson police arrested Norman J. Lyons Jr., 21, of the 3900 block of Fernway Drive, Anderson, at 3:18 a.m. Tuesday in the 2500 block of Lincoln Street on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
- Elwood police arrested James T. Altherr, 23, of the 1700 block of South E Street, Elwood, at 10:19 p.m. Monday in the 1700 block of South E on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
- Elwood police arrested Danny J. Giselbach, 39, of the 1600 block of South N Street, Elwood, at 11:36 p.m. Monday in the 1700 block of South Anderson Street on suspicion of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
- Anderson police arrested Brandon D. Vernon, 29, of the 1400 block of East Ohio Avenue, Anderson, at 9:30 p.m. Monday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony; resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor; and failure to stop after an accident, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
- Elwood police arrested Jerad E. Lashure, 29, of the 1800 block of South H Street, Elwood, at 2:30 p.m. Monday near the intersection of 18th and South D streets on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $2,000.
- Anderson police arrested Randall A. Harris, 22, of the 2100 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 11 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Cedar and 23rd streets on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
