- Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Brett K. Rigsbee, 21, of the 600 block of West Fifth Street, Marion, at 3:31 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of Indiana 9 and 1650 North on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony; resisting law enforcement, a Class D felony; possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony; and reckless driving, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

- Lapel police arrested Cheryl L. Vanhorn, 38, of the 100 block of West Fourth Street, Lapel, at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of West Fourth on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor; two counts of battery, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

- Anderson police arrested Terry D. Williams, 46, of the 2400 block of West 250 North, Anderson, at 4 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of 10th Street and Madison Avenue on suspicion of possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

- Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dallas P. Pritchard, 43, of the 200 block of Country Club Lane, Hopkinsville, Ky., at 2:40 a.m. Wednesday along Interstate 69 near the 24-mile marker on suspicion of possession of marijuana. He is being held without bond.

- Anderson police arrested Phillip A. Eshelman, 50, of the 2200 block of West 27th Street, Anderson, at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 2200 block of West 27th on suspicion of invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

- Elwood police arrested Joshua D. Murray, 25, of the 1500 block of North D Street, Elwood, at 7:50 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of North 12th Street on suspicion of failure to register as a sex offender, a Class D felony, and resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $8,000.

- Edgewood police arrested Bryan Lee Byrne, 24, of the 1700 block of Lakeshore Drive, Anderson, at 9 p.m. on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

- Indiana State Police troopers arrested Jessica J. Turner, 18, of the 8400 block of Sweetbirch Drive, Indianapolis, at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Pendleton Correctional Facility on suspicion of trafficking with an inmate, a Class C felony; trafficking with an inmate, a Class A misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $20,000.

- Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jerry C. Jackson Jr., 27, of the 4300 block of West 500 North, Anderson, at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of five counts of burglary, a Class C felony, and five counts of theft, a Class D felony. Bond is $10,000.

- Anderson police arrested Earl E. Gibbs, 52, of the 300 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 8:40 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of 32nd Street and Columbus Avenue on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

- Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Earnest S. Pritchard, 39, of the 200 block of Country Club Lane, Hopkinsville, Ky., at 1:53 a.m. Wednesday along Interstate 69 near the 24-mile marker on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
