Today, former Alaska governor and ex-vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin will sign her new book at Border’s at Hamilton Town Center in Noblesville at 6 p.m. Triad and the League of Women Voters will host a discussion of health-care reform issues at Anderson Public Library at 10:30 a.m. And trial judges are getting backed up by the appeals court.
