Madison County deputies arrested Christopher B. Townsend, 37, of the 1600 block of W. 21st St., Anderson at 3:20 a.m. on Friday at 27th Street and St. Charles Street in Anderson. No bond was set on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class C misdemeanor operating a vehicle without ever being issued a license.

Anderson police arrested Adam D. Waldrep, 23, of the 200 block of W. Third St., Anderson at 9:03 p.m. on Thursday in the 1600 block of Central Ave., Anderson. No bond was set on charges of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Madison County deputies arrested Anthony W. Lewis, 37, of the 7200 block of Jessman Rd., Indianapolis at 2:42 a.m. on Friday at the Madison County Jail. He was released with charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Anderson police arrested Belinda R. Goodpaster, 28, of the 2100 block of Central Ave., Anderson at 1:41 a.m. on Thursday at 2800 W. 18th St., Anderson. She was released with charges of Class D felony operating a vehicle as an habitual traffic violator.

Elwood police arrested Steven E. Stafford, 56, of the 1600 block of South G St., Elwood at 2:55 a.m. on Thursday at his home. He was released with charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class B misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Jason R. Kimberling, 40, of the 3100 block of S. 475 West, Anderson at 8:55 p.m. in the 1200 block of W. 53rd St., Anderson. He was released with charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Madison County deputies arrested Kelly J. Bolt, 38, of the 2400 block of Sheffield St., Anderson at 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday. She was released with two charges of Class D felony forgery and two charges of Class C felony theft.

Indiana State troopers arrested Carl F. Clark, 43, of the 2200 block of S. Mulberry St., Muncie at 10:21 p.m. on Oct. 26. He was released with charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
