Anderson is expected to pass the final reading of its budget and will consider a resolution to appeal as a distressed unit for circuit breaker relief. Jay Ricker of Ricker Oil will be honored by the Boy Scouts and the editorial board at The Herald Bulletin will weigh in on the Dr. Phillip Foley situation.
