I-69 (Exit 10): Interchange attracts Madison County shoppers, diners

Other planned development near Exit 10 includes a 52-acre business park by Meritex just west of the exit on 146th Street in Noblesville, a manufacturing distribution facility from SMC Corp., which is expected to open next spring with 450 employees, and a 120,000-square-foot office building developed by Jackson Real Estate at 146th Street and Cumberland Road, Kelly said.
