It’s 6:45 a.m. Tuesday and the staff at The Herald Bulletin is getting down to work. We will pursue news throughout the day and will have frequent updates here on our Web site.

Today, Anderson City Council meets tonight at 7 p.m., with a large crowd expected for a vote on the Local Option Income Tax (LOIT). Anderson University will present its alumni awards at 10 a.m. at Reardon Auditorium. And a recent vote by the Chesterfield Park Board over little leagues has spurred controversy. We’ll find out what’s going on.
