FISHERS, Ind. — The Hamilton Southeastern Schools in Fishers are looking for another superintendent just weeks after hiring an interim chief.
The Fishers district says interim Superintendent Bob Myers cannot continue after he broke his back and ribs and suffered a concussion when he fell about 12 feet from a ladder last week at his home. The 66-year-old Myers resigned Monday.
Assistant Superintendent Sandra Hollingshead and Chief Financial Officer Mike Reuter will resume roles as interim co-superintendents. They had first assumed those jobs in February after the board dismissed Concetta Raimondi over management conflicts. She had served for nearly seven years.
Until August, Myers had been interim superintendent at South Henry County Schools in Spiceland.
