— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jesse C. Ross, 19, of the 900 block of Raible Ave., Anderson, at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at 16th Street and Raible Ave. on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
— Indiana State police arrested Alejandro Z. Rodriguez, 32, of the 200 block of East 34th Street, Anderson, at 3:40 a.m. Saturday at 31st and Pearl streets, Anderson, on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
— Anderson police arrested Valrae L. Morgan, 43, of the 800 block of Washington Blvd., Anderson, at 1:20 a.m. Saturday at 22nd and Henry streets on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
— Anderson police arrested Angela L. Lawson, 33, of the 3400 block of Forest Terrace, Anderson, at 2:20 a.m. Saturday in the 3700 block of Forest Terrace on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and driving with a suspended license, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Brian E. Howell, 42, of the 1200 block of Vine Street, Lapel, at 2:22 p.m. Friday in the 5900 block of West County Road 200 South on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Greg A. Kepner, 51, of the 9700 block of West Main Street, Lapel, at 5:07 p.m. at Indiana 13 and County Road 300 South on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
— Indiana State police arrested Daniel Viurqiuz-Rodriguez, 24, of the 1800 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 3:20 a.m. Saturday at 31st Street and Columbus Ave. on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle while having never received a license, a Class C misdemeanor. He has since been released.
— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Richard A. Hiles, 27, of the 1700 block of East 56th Street, Anderson, at 12:34 a.m. Saturday at 27th Street and Columbus Ave. on suspicion of possession of a legend drug, a Class D felony. He has since been released.
