— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Joyce L. Larry, 31, of the 1800 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of possession of cocaine, a Class D felony, and maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
— Pendleton police arrested Timothy J. Hoffman, 19, of the 2000 block of the 2000 block of West 800 North, Denver, Ind., at 3:22 a.m. Tuesday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor; false informing, a Class A misdemeanor; and leaving the scene of an accident, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $10,000.
— Elwood police arrested Troy A. Jarrell, 36, of the 2300 block of Main Street, Elwood, at 11:33 p.m. Monday at the Elwood Police Department on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.
— Anderson police arrested Charles L. Blount, 18, of the 1700 block of Elle Street, Anderson, at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of burglary, a Class B felony, and theft, a Class D felony. Bond is $20,000.
— Anderson police arrested Terry L. Johnson, 38, of the 2700 block of West 16th Street, Anderson, at 3:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 2700 block of West 16th on suspicion of criminal deviate conduct, a Class B felony, and criminal confinement, a Class D felony. Bond is $20,000.
— Elwood police arrested Kelly L. Fleming, 48, of the 10200 block of South Wind Drive, Indianapolis, at 1:04 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Forrest Drive and Indiana 13 on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $4,000.
— Anderson police arrested Randolph Tyler-Bey, 45, of the 1300 block of West Eighth Street, Anderson, at 1:13 a.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of Washington Boulevard on suspicion of invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
— Elwood police arrested Philip J. Lyons, 27, of the 2500 block of North A Street, Elwood, at 9:24 p.m. Monday in the 2300 block of South B Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, and conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.
— Anderson police arrested Tony A. Heart, 37, of the 7300 block of West Eighth Street, Anderson, at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of West 25th Street on suspicion of resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.

Bryant, 20, of the 500 block of West Fifth Street, Sheridan, Ind., at 9:59 p.m. Monday in the 1700 block of Avenue East Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, and visiting a common nuisance, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $6,000.
— Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Christopher W. Bambrough, 26, of the 1700 block of Avenue East Street, Elwood, at 9:59 p.m. Monday in the 1700 block of Avenue East on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony; possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor; possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor; and maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
— Anderson police arrested Robert L. Rickard III, 26, of the 2100 block of East 400 South, Anderson, at 3:10 a.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of East 50th Street on suspicion of public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor, and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
