6:20 p.m.: Head-on collision reported at Madison Co. intersection

— Frankton emergency medical service responders were en route to a head-on traffic accident at County Roads 200 North and 300 West at 6:14 p.m. Wednesday. Initial reports said the injuries were believed to be non-life threatening. There was no entrapment.
