— • Anderson police arrested Christopher T. Fowler, 35, of the 3100 block of Myrtle Drive, Lapel, at 3:35 p.m. Tuesday in the 4500 block of Scatterfield Road on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Jason D. Bair, 35, of the 2700 block of East Crothersville Road, Austin, Ind., at 10:14 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Cedar Street on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony. Bond is $10,000.
• Anderson police arrested Tyron L. Howard, 25, of the 1800 block of Fairview Court, Anderson, at 8 a.m. Tuesday in the 1800 block of Fairview on suspicion of possession of cocaine, a Class C felony; possession of marijuana, a Class D felony; and maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony. Bond is $10,000.
• Anderson police arrested Jeffrey J. Williams, 20, of the 300 block of West 16th Street, Anderson, at 3:39 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Webster and Silver streets on suspicion of three counts of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
• Anderson police arrested Heather L. Zion, 18, of the 2000 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 1:50 a.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of Fairview Court on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a Class A misdemeanor. She is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Floyd D. Buckley Jr., 27, of the 10000 block of Stoneybrook Circle, Indianapolis, at 12:50 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of 17th and Fountain streets on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, and false informing, a Class B misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Danielle D.R. Albano, 20, of the 4900 block of Alexandria Pike, Anderson, at 11:45 p.m. Monday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
• Anderson police arrested Lamont J. Moore, 24, of the 2300 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 4:30 p.m. Monday in the 2700 block of West 16th Street on suspicion of pointing a firearm, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Shawn Dean, 32, of the 800 block of South Buckeye Street, Kokomo, at 2 p.m. Monday in the 4500 block of Scatterfield Road on suspicion of public indecency, a Class A misdemeanor, and false informing, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $20,000.
• Anderson police arrested Ignacio Carrillo-Jimenez, 34, of the 300 block of School Street, Anderson, at 1:06 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of East 13th Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor; leaving the scene of an accident, a Class B misdemeanor; resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; and operator never licensed, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond is $40,000.
• Anderson police arrested Mary S. Smith, 45, of the 1100 block of East 29th Street, Anderson, at 4:50 p.m. Sunday in the 2300 block of Charles Street on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. She is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested John Lee Humerickhouse, 45, of the 1900 block of Whittier Avenue, Anderson, at 3:05 a.m. Sunday in the 3700 block of Burton Place on suspicion of operating a vehicle after a lifetime suspension, a Class C felony; resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Casey N. Scofield, 20, of the 8300 block of South Pleasant Street, Daleville, at 3:50 p.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of Broadway on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
• Anderson police arrested Stacie L. Butler, 32, of the 5800 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Anderson, at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 5800 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. She has since been released.
• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Martha J. Mitchell, 41, of the 900 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of forgery, a Class C felony, and theft, a Class D felony. She has since been released.
