• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael A. Nyboer, 53, of the 400 block of East 37th Street, Anderson, at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Marion County Jail on suspicion of three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, a Class B misdemeanor. Bond is $20,000.

• Anderson police arrested Toni L. Woods, 18, of the 100 block of East Oak Street, Anderson, at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of Charles Street on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. She is being held without bond.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Mitchell Lee Brinker, 60, of the 4300 block of North 200 West, Greenfield, at 12:01 p.m. Wednesday at Madison County Community Corrections on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury, a Class D felony, and being a habitual substance offender. Bond is $25,000.

• Indiana State Police troopers arrested Megan N. Sink, 20, of the 700 block of West 300 North, Anderson, at 2:10 a.m. Wednesday near the intersection of 53rd Street and Madison Avenue on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and illegal possession, consumption or transportation of alcohol, a Class C misdemeanor. She has since been released.

• Anderson police arrested Aaron C. Crabbe, 30, of the 600 block of Federal Drive, Anderson, at 9:50 p.m. Tuesday in the 2500 block of Brown Street on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kathy M. Yattaw, 42, of the 8200 block of South Sorgham Street, Daleville, at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of County Road 67 and 500 East on suspicion of three counts of battery, a Class A misdemeanor, and invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. She has since been released.

• Anderson police arrested Eric M. Hamilton, 29, of the 2700 block of West 38th Street, Anderson, at 3:37 p.m. Wednesday in the 2300 block of Fulton Street on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class D felony. He is being held without bond.

• Lapel police arrested Michael D. Pisano, 29, of the 300 block of West 11th Street, Lapel, at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday on suspicion of interference with the reporting of a crime, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

• Anderson police arrested Jack T. Ritter Jr., 41, of the 1500 block of Cincinnati Avenue, Anderson, at 11:25 p.m. Tuesday in the 1500 block of Cincinnati on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor, and invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released to Madison County Community Corrections.
