• Anderson police arrested Bryan S. Fagin, 28, of the 2400 block of Jenny Lynn Drive, Lawrenceburg, Ind., at 7:45 a.m. Thursday in the 6300 block of Scatterfield Road on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. Bond is $10,000.
• Anderson police arrested Douglas E. Lockridge, 41, of the 2400 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 10:45 a.m. Thursday in the 2400 block of Fletcher Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, a Class D felony, and possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
• Anderson police arrested Daniel P. Hall, 47, of the 1400 block of West 500 North, Anderson, at 12:30 p.m. Thursday in the 4500 block of Dan Patch Circle on suspicion of battery, a Class D felony, and resisting law enforcement, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
• Elwood police arrested Kara J. Bingham, 23, of the 6600 block of East 200 South, Elwood, at 9:21 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of North 21st Street on suspicion of burglary, a Class C felony, and theft, a Class D felony. Bond is $20,000.
• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tracy Allen, 37, of the 1000 block of Morton Street, Anderson, at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Madison County Work Release Center on suspicion of residential entry, a Class D felony, and interference with the reporting of a crime, a Class A misdemeanor. He is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Amanda N. Dean, 28, of the 1600 block of Jackson Street at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Jackson on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, and maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
• Anderson police arrested Brian A. Dean, 31, of the 1600 block of Jackson Street at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Jackson on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, and maintaining a common nuisance, a Class D felony. He is being held without bond.
• Anderson police arrested Nicole E. Conner, 21, of the 200 block of East Second Street, Alexandria, at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 2300 block of Charles Street on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. She has since been released.
• Anderson police arrested Jerry L. Scott, 21, of the 200 block of East Broadway Street, Alexandria, at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 2300 block of Charles Street on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been transferred to Madison County Community Corrections.
• Anderson police arrested Audrey J. Austin, 18, of the 2300 block of Deer Lake Drive, Anderson, at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Jackson Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
• Anderson police arrested Gregory V. Newsom Jr., 41, of the 500 block of Grand Avenue, Anderson at 8:20 a.m. Thursday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class D felony; theft, a Class D felony; and invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Kylie D. Taylor, 20, of the 100 block of State Street, Markleville, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday along Mounds Road near Rangeline Road on suspicion of possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. She has since been released.
• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael C. Dowling Jr., 22, of the 1900 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday along Mounds Road near Rangeline Road on suspicion of possession of paraphernalia, a Class • felony; driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
• Anderson police arrested Steven B. Allen, 23, of the 800 block of Shellbark Road, Anderson, at 3 a.m. Friday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of auto theft, a Class D felony. He has since been released.
• Anderson police arrested Nicky Lee Jones, 30, of the 3500 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 3:10 a.m. Friday at the Anderson Police Department on suspicion of auto theft, a Class D felony. He has since been released.
