The Anderson Redevelopment Commission on Tuesday approved a bid from GDI Construction for work on Virgil Cook Boulevard by the expanding Hoosier Park casino. The Indianapolis-based company bid $3.1 million for the project.

The commission also approved a lease agreement with First Realty for the parking lot at the Flagship Enterprise Center to be used by Affiliated Computer Services.
