7:30 a.m.: Camp Chesterfield to host retreat

— The Rev. Retha Martin will be coordinating a women’s weekend retreat Friday through Sunday at Camp Chesterfield.
Martin said the women would spend Friday night getting to know each other and then on Saturday would develop prosperity charts, do goal-setting and spend time nurturing each other.
Activities planned include sharing, healing, bonding, drumming and spoon bending. There will also be a variety of topics discussed including self-esteem, self-love and finding purpose.
Martin is a certified hypnotherapist and the founder of the Retha J. Martin School of Hypnotherapy in addition to being an ordained minister.
The cost of the retreat is $150 and includes four meals.
Registration will be 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Camp Chesterfield. Rooms are also available to rent at The Western hotel. Rooms can be reserved by calling (765) 378-0237.
