Criticism was harsh

After reading Nancy Turner’s viewpoint, I can only offer my sympathies. It must be lonely to be in the 28 percent who still support Bush and his cronies. As a typical Republican she can only attack the messenger and not the message. She accused me of using name-calling, while at the same time attacks me with name-calling.
I referred to Bush as “bring ‘em on,” Cheney as “chicken hawk” and Rice as “mushroom cloud.” Very descriptive. Can’t stand to hear the truth? Maybe she didn’t like my attack on Iraq as being a horrible mistake. If so, why not explain why it is so great for America? Maybe Turner is upset because I said Iraq was too cozy with Iran, while American blood and treasure is being spent.
Could it be because I said that McCain wants to keep the Bush folly going in Iraq until we “win”? Perhaps Turner can explain what winning is? There was absolutely no substance to your ridiculous viewpoint. If you had really read my viewpoint I explained why I was against this administration on the war, the inept handling of Katrina and the trillions being spent and borrowed under the first six years of Republican control. I prefer to be civil without using the names of those who disagree, but when attacked I will respond in kind.
