— Dr. and Mrs. Dennis Fast announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Nicole Fast, to Jonathan David Zawadzki, son of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Neal.
Melissa is a 2002 graduate of Anderson High School and a 2006 graduate of DePauw University. She is a kindergarten teacher in Fayetteville, N.C., and is pursuing her master’s degree in special education.
Jonathan is a 1999 graduate of Tioga High School in Pineville, La.. He is assigned to U.S. Army’s Special Warfare Center and Schools and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in social sciences.
The couple will marry Aug. 2 in Fayetteville, N.C.
