Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Hutton of Anderson will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary with their family to Holiday World and Southern Indiana in early June.
Frank E. Hutton and Barbara “Bobbi” Boyer were married on May 9, 1948, by the late Russuel Wilson at the First Apostolic Church in Anderson. Both are graduates of Anderson High School, Frank in 1947 and Barbara in 1948.
Frank retired from Delco Remy Division in 1994. Barbara also retired from Delco Remy and was a tax preparer for many years.
They are both active members of the South Meridian Church of God. Frank loves to work in his yard and do genealogy. Barbara is involved in Women’s Missionary Circle, “Friends Connected” and Prairie Point Quilter’s donating many baby quilts to hospitals, family and friends. Spending time at their lake cottage at Beaver Dam Lake has also given them many wonderful memories. They are a great example to all that know them of a marriage of love and devotion to each other and family with God being their co-pilot.
They are the parents of two daughters, Rebecca George of Alexandria and Connie (Greg) Nealis of Anderson. They have four grandchildren, Chanda (Rusty) Hiatt of Summitville, Charity (Richard) Harvey of Chesterfield, Leslie Nealis of Anderson and Christopher (Chrissie) Nealis of Lafayette. They also have five great-grandchildren, Hunter, Haiden, Harrison, Aaliyah and Elasha.
