— David and Betsy Welsh are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Elaine, to Thomas William Finley.
The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Highland High School and a 2004 graduate of Honors Beauty College of Fishers. She is employed as a hair stylist at Head Bangers, The Salon, in Pendleton.
The groom is a 1989 graduate of Madison Heights High School and is employed as an automotive technician with the Andy Mohr Buick, Pontiac, GMC dealership in Fishers.
The couple will marry on May 24, in a private ceremony, with a reception at Edgewood Golf Club.
