NOBLESVILLE — Simon Property Group, Inc. (NYSE:SPG), the country’s largest owner, developer and manager of high quality retail real estate and Gershman Brown Crowley, Inc. announced more exciting retail and restaurant openings in time for Memorial Day at their joint project, Hamilton Town Center.
Hamilton Town Center is a 950,000 square foot open-air retail center in Noblesville. From a fashion standpoint, there is something for everyone. Women will find two outstanding fashion stores - Chico’s and White House l Black Market — open at Hamilton Town Center in May. Chico’s will open a 4,500 square foot store on May 19. White House l Black Market will debut on May 23. Men can find their every fashion need at Jos. A. Bank which opened on May 9. Banana Republic, with a great appeal to both men and women, opens at Hamilton Town Center of May 26.
Shoppers who work up an appetite while roaming Hamilton Town Center will have two more food options in May. Noodles & Company opens on May 15 and Qdoba Mexican Grill will welcome guests on May 23.
Customers in the market for cutting-edge communications products will be able to visit Wireless from AT&T at Hamilton Town Center beginning on May 16.
“We have stores opening every week so whether you’re coming to Hamilton Town Center for the first time or on a return visit, the experience is new,” said Brian Walls, general manager of Hamilton Town Center.
Hamilton Town Center is anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, Borders, Dick’s Sporting Goods, DSW Shoe Warehouse, JCPenney, Stein Mart and Ulta. Exciting small shop fashion retailers include Aeropostale, American Eagle, Banana Republic, Cache, Coldwater Creek, New York & Co. and Victoria’s Secret. Patrons who want to see feature movies in a state-of-the-art environment and enjoy the IMAX experience can visit the Hamilton 16/IMAX Theatres at Hamilton Town Center. Restaurants include Mo’s Irish Pub and Paradise Bakery.
